Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow configuration or development experience.
  • Strong experience with Flow Designer, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and platform configuration.
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Order Management (OM) or Sales and Order Management (SOM).
  • Experience with Telecommunications Service Management (TSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), or other order-management-adjacent ServiceNow products.
  • Understanding of Lead-to-Cash, Order-to-Cash, order orchestration, fulfillment, or service provisioning processes.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with CRM, CPQ, ERP, billing, or fulfillment platforms.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other ServiceNow certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain ServiceNow solutions supporting order management, order fulfillment, and customer-facing business processes.
  • Design and configure workflows, Flow Designer automations, business rules, UI policies, forms, and platform capabilities.
  • Support implementations and enhancements involving ServiceNow Order Management (OM), Sales and Order Management (SOM), Telecommunications Service Management (TSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), and related products.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, developers, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Configure integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms such as CRM, CPQ, ERP, billing, and fulfillment systems.
  • Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues while following ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.
  • Contribute to Agile delivery teams through sprint planning, estimation, testing, and release activities.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, integrations, and processes.
