Requirements

- 1 year of experience directly associated with the primary job functions.

Responsibilities
- Collect and enter information into databases while applying research and analytical skills.
- Maintain indexing and coding standards for data usability.
- Document and update procedural standards.
- Provide customer service for internal/external requests via email.
- Resolve duplicate records in the Advancement CRM.
- Collaborate on data management, governance, and enhancement projects.
- Train and instruct student employees on processes and policies.
