Responsibilities

  • Collect and enter information into databases while applying research and analytical skills.
  • Maintain indexing and coding standards for data usability.
  • Document and update procedural standards.
  • Provide customer service for internal/external requests via email.
  • Resolve duplicate records in the Advancement CRM.
  • Collaborate on data management, governance, and enhancement projects.
  • Train and instruct student employees on processes and policies.
