Requirements

  • 6+ months of experience in sourcing, recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related role
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Djinni, job boards, Telegram channels, and other sourcing platforms
  • Understanding of candidate sourcing methodologies and talent market research
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of information
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • English level — Intermediate (B1) or higher

Responsibilities

  • Source and identify potential candidates for Junior and Middle-level positions across various departments
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, Djinni, job boards, Telegram communities, referrals, and other platforms
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Conduct initial candidate research and profile assessments based on predefined requirements
  • Add and maintain candidate information in Workable ATS
  • Ensure candidate profiles, notes, and statuses are accurate and up to date
  • Support recruitment operations and maintain candidate databases
  • Assist with employee data administration and selected HR processes in HiBob
  • Monitor sourcing metrics and provide regular updates on pipeline progress
  • Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and the Talent Acquisition team
