Requirements
- 6+ months of experience in sourcing, recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related role
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Djinni, job boards, Telegram channels, and other sourcing platforms
- Understanding of candidate sourcing methodologies and talent market research
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of information
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- English level — Intermediate (B1) or higher
Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates for Junior and Middle-level positions across various departments
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, Djinni, job boards, Telegram communities, referrals, and other platforms
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct initial candidate research and profile assessments based on predefined requirements
- Add and maintain candidate information in Workable ATS
- Ensure candidate profiles, notes, and statuses are accurate and up to date
- Support recruitment operations and maintain candidate databases
- Assist with employee data administration and selected HR processes in HiBob
- Monitor sourcing metrics and provide regular updates on pipeline progress
- Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and the Talent Acquisition team
