Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Proven commercial experience with Guidewire BillingCenter/PolicyCenter
- Strong Java development skills
- Experience with Guidewire integrations and configuration
- Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL or other relational databases
- Good understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and system integration patterns
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
- Strong communication skills and fluent English
- Leadership mindset with the ability to mentor and support other developers
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure Guidewire solutions within BillingCenter or PolicyCenter
- Deliver high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices
- Integrate Guidewire applications with external systems and services
- Support CI/CD automation and DevOps initiatives
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and international development teams
- Participate in technical interviews and support team growth
