Requirements
- Staff-level ownership in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE.
- Active, opinionated use of AI development tools in infrastructure workflows.
- Deep Kubernetes (EKS) and AWS experience.
- Strong IaC (Terraform) and GitOps experience (ArgoCD, Atlantis).
- Identity, access, and policy-as-code experience (Vault, OIDC).
- Proven track record building self-service developer platforms or internal developer portals.
- CI/CD depth with GitHub Actions.
- Experience with cost attribution and platform rightsizing.
- Excellent cross-team communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Build and operate the self-service infrastructure platform.
- Make the right thing the easy and secure thing by default.
- Own core layers including CI/CD pipelines, GitOps-based delivery, and IaC module catalogs.
- Generalize agent isolation patterns into reusable platform primitives.
- Provide validation and quality gate frameworks including ephemeral PR environments.
- Build internal tooling, observability, and metrics like DORA.
- Implement cost attribution and budgeting into the platform.
