Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years as an AWS developer with recent experience designing and delivering solutions on AWS
- Minimum of 3-5 years in relevant technologies
- Hands-on development experience in several mid-size AWS solutions
- Effective communication with co-workers and customers
- Experience as a team leader with a mentoring mindset
- AWS specialty or professional level certification required
- Experience with AWS APN partnership programs (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Active participation as a Sales Liaison to help evaluate and estimate new work
- Active participation in outreach for new work, including webinars and other collaborative sales events
- Active participation with the AWS APN Partner network to increase Soliant's branding
- Collaborative identification of client requirements
- Technical design of solutions to meet those requirements
- Actively participate in code development, architecture, PR, merge, and deployment
- Actively take part in Agile Scrum process
- Proactive daily time tracking and excellent business mechanics
