Responsibilities
- Review and collate signed forms for verification
- Input data into aggregator and ApplyOnline
- Generate document packs and identify missing information
- Prepare compliance and application paperwork
- Instruct valuation reports via Valex or Core Logic
- Enter borrower information into lender application forms
- Request credit checks via DocuSign
- Handle pricing requests and interest rate negotiations
- Prepare loan switches and variations
- Maintain client database and manage referral programs
