  • Creative with excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with good communication skills
  • Must have a stable wifi connection & personal desktop/PC

Responsibilities

  • Manage paper screening and initial applicant screening to pre-qualify candidates for open roles.
  • Build and maintain a strong pool of qualified candidates to support both ongoing and future hiring needs.
  • Re-assess and re-align candidates’ profiles to match current and emerging hiring requirements.
  • Assist the Sourcing Team with lead generation across sourcing channels (LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, etc.).
  • Curate and develop effective job descriptions for manpower requests.
  • Post job advertisements across job boards and social media platforms.
  • Support TA engagement activities planning and implementation.
  • Monitor and ensure all external communications follow company branding guidelines.
  • Provide support for social media management (responding to messages and comments) and other digital marketing initiatives.
