- Detail-oriented with good communication skills
- Must have a stable wifi connection & personal desktop/PC
Responsibilities
- Manage paper screening and initial applicant screening to pre-qualify candidates for open roles.
- Build and maintain a strong pool of qualified candidates to support both ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Re-assess and re-align candidates’ profiles to match current and emerging hiring requirements.
- Assist the Sourcing Team with lead generation across sourcing channels (LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, etc.).
- Curate and develop effective job descriptions for manpower requests.
- Post job advertisements across job boards and social media platforms.
- Support TA engagement activities planning and implementation.
- Monitor and ensure all external communications follow company branding guidelines.
- Provide support for social media management (responding to messages and comments) and other digital marketing initiatives.
