Requirements
- 2-4 years experience in data analytics / business intelligence
- At least two (2) years hands-on experience in developing data visualisation dashboards and/or reports
- Analytical in nature, possessing inductive and deductive problem solving skills
- Advanced level of proficiency in MS Excel (Power Query & VBA) and PowerPoint
- Knowledge and experienced with BI tools (Tableau) is a plus
- Possesses strong writing, verbal communication and presentation skills
- Experience with data operations, ensuring stability of dashboards, data quality and setting up automations
Responsibilities
- Extract data from various data sources, including databases and data systems, for reporting and analysis purposes
- Develop, modify, maintain and support reports and dashboards to meet the specific needs of the varying departments and teams to all levels of leadership
- Ensure a high quality/accuracy/standard of work and service throughout
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Develop compelling, logically structured presentations including story telling of research/analytics findings
- Assist with the development of actionable recommendations
