Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in security technologies or IT infrastructure
- Degree or equivalent training in a SOC, Cyber Security, or Managed Security Engineering team
- Familiarity with FortiSIEM or Accelops platform
- Knowledge of SOAR tool functionality and operations
- Understanding of network and cloud architecture
- Experience with complex network, cloud, and host security tools
- Experience writing technical documentation and training junior employees
- Knowledge of Linux and Windows systems
- Familiarity with DevOps
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support Fortinet FortiSIEM services
- Advise on best practices for SOC tools deployment
- Serve as primary responder for Managed Security FortiSIEM systems
- Maintain secure configurations on all internal and client managed platforms
- Implement security software and appliance-based products in client environments
- Provide remote consulting services for FortiSIEM collection and monitoring
- Troubleshoot SIEM logging agent installation and operation
- Create technical documentation for operational processes and security investigations
- Establish cybersecurity threat hunting processes
