Requirements
- 7+ years in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.
- 3+ years in a senior/director-level role.
- Experience managing supply chains with hundreds of SKUs.
- Proven experience scaling supply chain infrastructure from ~$20M to $50M+ in revenue.
- Track record in end-to-end supply chain management including international sourcing.
- Experience selecting and implementing ERP or inventory management systems.
- Deep understanding of Amazon FBA operations (IPI, restock limits, etc.).
- Proficiency in vendor negotiation and contract management.
- Budget ownership and P&L management experience.
- Ability to work in a remote-first, async-heavy environment.
Responsibilities
- Own demand planning and inventory strategy across all channels.
- Manage procurement of raw materials and finished goods from international and domestic suppliers.
- Coordinate production schedules with Heirloom Organics.
- Oversee inbound freight and outbound fulfillment operations including Amazon FBA, TikTok Shop, and Shopify.
- Lead ERP evaluation, selection, and implementation.
- Manage supply chain budget and COGS.
- Lead, develop, and structure the logistics team.
- Ensure 98%+ fulfillment SLA compliance.
