  • Verify patient insurance coverage and assist with authorization follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within EMR systems.
  • Coordinate scheduling across multiple clinic locations.
  • Perform outbound outreach to improve patient retention.
  • Explain insurance benefits to patients and respond to inquiries via email or phone.
