Responsibilities
- Answer incoming patient phone calls and manage voicemail callbacks.
- Schedule new patient evaluations and follow-up appointments.
- Conduct patient recall and reactivation campaigns.
- Verify patient insurance coverage and assist with authorization follow-up.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within EMR systems.
- Coordinate scheduling across multiple clinic locations.
- Perform outbound outreach to improve patient retention.
- Explain insurance benefits to patients and respond to inquiries via email or phone.
