- 5+ years Power BI dashboard development for business/executive audiences
- Strong skills in data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and performance tuning
- Experience designing tiered/role-based reporting and drill-through navigation
- Ability to translate business questions into clear KPIs and insights
- Experience with structured/semi-structured data (Excel, enterprise systems)
- Strong stakeholder engagement; able to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Experience with AI, transformation, or enterprise reporting preferred
Responsibilities
- Build Power BI dashboards from structured/semi-structured data
- Develop scalable data models, DAX, Power Query, and optimized visuals
- Iterate quickly based on stakeholder feedback
- Define KPIs, metrics, and dashboard narratives
- Create reusable templates, standards, and governance practices
