Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on Shopify development experience
- Proficiency in Liquid, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Shopify APIs
- Experience with Shopify theme customization, app integrations, and custom section builds
- Proven track record of driving measurable eCommerce conversion rate improvements
- Strong understanding of website performance optimization and core web vitals
- Ability to independently run A/B tests, analyze results, and iterate
- Detail-oriented with clean, organized coding practices
- Proactive, driven, and ownership-focused
Responsibilities
- Identify and implement front-end and back-end improvements to Shopify-based websites and landing pages
- Run A/B tests, user experience optimizations, and CRO experiments independently
- Optimize page speed, mobile responsiveness, and checkout flow performance
- Build custom features, sections, and pages within Shopify’s Liquid framework
- Analyze site metrics, heatmaps, and customer behavior tools
- Work closely with design, marketing, and product teams
- Stay up to date on Shopify platform updates and eCommerce CRO best practices
- Maintain clean, well-documented code
- Track, report, and iterate based on the results of tests
