Requirements
- Exceptional Node.js/JavaScript skills.
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Active participation in the development of a complex platform.
- Experience interacting with MySQL and MongoDB databases.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Good understanding of security practices.
- Experience with high-availability concepts (preferred).
- Experience with blockchain integration (preferred).
- Knowledge of Ruby, Rust, or C++ (a plus).
- Familiarity with message queues (Redis), caches, and job queues.
Responsibilities
- Develop backend components for trading applications, Lightning Network, and blockchain integrations.
- Utilize agile methodologies for feature development and deployment.
- Ensure backend services remain smooth, responsive, and real-time at scale.
- Maintain the high-performance Bitfinex API.
- Implement security principles and standards for all API services and processes.
