- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Handle communication with customers regarding billing, delivery, and general questions
- Contact customers for medication information and refill reminders
- Communicate with veterinarians and staff to manage prescriptions and order statuses
- Coordinate with the logistics team to schedule deliveries
- Process orders and payment information accurately
- Collaborate with pharmacy and compounding teams
- Maintain pharmacy workflow and operating procedures
