Requirements
- Proven portfolio of short- and long-form video edits for YouTube, Reels/Shorts/TikTok, and paid social
- Advanced proficiency in a professional editing suite (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or CapCut Pro)
- Proficiency in a motion/design tool such as After Effects
- Experience producing both organic social content and direct-response video ads
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with minimal oversight
Responsibilities
- Independently produce engaging video content with captions, clean transitions, b-roll, and effective pacing
- Craft motion graphics including animations and kinetic typography
- Use AI tools to accelerate workflows (captioning, transcription, b-roll sourcing, audio cleanup)
- Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
- Collaborate with teams via asynchronous communication tools like Slack and Loom
- Perform quality assurance to ensure all content is polished and on-brand
