Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- Proven track record of independently leading complex technical implementations.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with Mid-Market and Enterprise merchants.
- Strong working knowledge of web technologies including RESTful API design and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of how Javascript, HTML, and CSS interact in production.
- Hands-on experience with integration patterns like APIs, file-based, event-driven, and webhooks.
- Proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
Responsibilities
- Lead post-sales technical implementation conversations with merchants.
- Own the technical onboarding experience from kickoff to go-live.
- Establish and maintain technical documentation for merchant onboardings.
- Build and maintain a library of reusable integration assets.
- Lead investigation and resolution of complex post-onboarding technical issues.
- Own pre-launch QA, including sandbox testing and validation.
- Identify and champion AI and automation opportunities for operational efficiency.
