- Strong residential conveyancing experience
- Proven experience across the full residential conveyancing process
- Existing client following or a clear plan to generate work
- Commercially minded and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently
- Willingness to operate as a self-employed consultant

- Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload and clients
- Build and develop your own business network
- Work remotely with flexibility over your diary
- Focus on fee earning and client relationship management
