Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience as a Backend or Full-stack engineer.
- Proven experience building real products or systems with high ownership.
- Hands-on experience working with LLMs and AI tools in practical use cases.
- Ability to design and implement end-to-end workflows, including defining inputs, outputs, and system logic.
- Experience integrating multiple external services and APIs (e.g., Notion, analytics tools, CRM, CI/CD).
- Strong problem-solving and systems thinking skills.
- Comfort working in ambiguous environments without fully defined requirements.
- Ability to quickly prototype and iterate on solutions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design multi-agent systems to automate business workflows (content, product, growth).
- Build and integrate AI agents using LLMs, APIs, and internal tools.
- Define workflows, input/output contracts, and system architecture.
- Continuously improve agent performance based on real metrics and feedback loops.
