- Ability to manage high-volume pipeline of 50-60 closings per month
- Experience with Encompass LOS or Meridian Link
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proactive communication skills
- Experience working in a remote distributed team
Responsibilities
- Prepare and send accurate Initial Closing Disclosures (ICDs) to borrowers
- Troubleshoot and resolve closing issues quickly
- Execute the transfer of lender funds
- Review loan documents for accuracy including sales price, loan amount, and vesting
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and program guidelines
- Partner with Loan Officers, Bridge Loan Specialists, and settlement teams
- Audit signed closing packages before fund release
- Manage a pipeline of 50-60 loans per month
