Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in entrepreneurship, startup development, venture support, social impact, or business growth.
- Proven experience building, scaling, investing in, or supporting ventures as a founder, operator, investor, advisor, or mentor.
- Passion for teaching, coaching, and facilitating experiential learning.
- Experience working with entrepreneurs from diverse cultural, socioeconomic, and academic backgrounds.
- Strong understanding of the founder journey and venture development.
- Demonstrated experience in building and implementing systems.
- High integrity and ability to make critical judgment calls.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a results-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead a designated block within the program comprising two to four modules.
- Prepare instructional content and learning materials.
- Facilitate virtual sessions using an experiential, application-focused methodology.
- Provide 1-on-1 mentorship and coaching to Fellows.
- Provide constructive feedback on Fellow deliverables.
- Upload materials and manage sessions within Google Classroom.
- Attend program meetings and participate in onboarding/training.
- Maintain records of mentorship sessions.
