Native-level proficiency in Kannada with strong professional proficiency in English
Minimum 5+ years of experience in professional services, technology, legal services, accounting, audit, consulting, or project management
Background in roles such as accounting & auditing, IT systems, legal practice, software development, enterprise operations, or digital transformation
Strong understanding of professional workflows, compliance frameworks, and Indian business and regulatory environments
Ability to translate real-world professional experience into structured scenarios and evaluation criteria
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail with high standards for accuracy and consistency
Excellent written communication skills and ability to articulate complex processes clearly
Ability to work independently in a remote, flexible, contractor-based setup

Design realistic, domain-specific scenarios in Kannada or English reflecting Indian professional services environments such as finance, legal, IT, consulting, and operations
Develop and adapt structured evaluation rubrics for assessing analytical reasoning, technical problem-solving, and professional decision-making
Review and validate AI-generated and human-created responses for accuracy, realism, compliance, and professional quality standards
Create gold standard reference solutions aligned with best practices in accounting, auditing, project management, and enterprise operations
Ensure scenarios reflect real-world workflows, regulatory requirements, and industry-specific practices in India
Contribute to benchmarking frameworks that assess AI performance in complex, knowledge-driven tasks
Collaborate in refining evaluation methodologies to improve AI system reliability and contextual understanding
