Job Details

7+ years of experience in business analysis, process mapping, or operational transformation roles.
Strong background in electric utilities, specifically distribution patrol and inspection processes.
Expertise in BPMN 2.0 and end-to-end process modeling methodologies.
Hands-on experience with process mapping tools such as SAP Signavio, ARIS, Blueworks, or Visio.
Experience working in regulated utility environments with strong compliance requirements.
Familiarity with SAP systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA and SAP EAM.
Strong stakeholder facilitation and communication skills across technical and operational teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience with process mining, GIS, mobile workforce solutions, or Lean/Six Sigma is a plus.
Consulting background or prior utility transformation experience is highly valued.

Lead business process discovery, mapping, and analysis for electric distribution patrol and inspection workflows.
Develop detailed As-Is and To-Be process models using BPMN 2.0 standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders across field operations, engineering, vegetation management, asset management, and compliance teams.
Identify inefficiencies, risks, and gaps in inspection cycles, data quality, and operational handoffs.
Align business processes with SAP S/4HANA, SAP EAM, and mobile workforce solutions.
Define and track KPIs such as inspection adherence, defect backlog, and compliance performance.
Use tools such as SAP Signavio, ARIS, Blueworks, or Visio to build and maintain process documentation.
Establish process governance standards and support continuous improvement initiatives.
