Requirements
- Completed or ongoing higher education degree in HR, Accounting, Administration, or similar.
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and labor legislation.
- Solid experience across HR subsystems, particularly Department Personnel (DP).
- Hands-on experience with the Sênior payroll system.
- Advanced or fluent English is considered a differential.
Responsibilities
- Execute and validate payroll calculations, including wages, labor charges, and social security contributions.
- Manage and deliver all annual fiscal and labor obligations.
- Analyze payroll reports and provisions for leadership decision-making.
- Configure payroll system events and maintain annual updates of tables and parameters.
- Act as a company representative in legal proceedings, audits, and inspections.
- Provide managerial reports for leadership and compliance teams.
- Oversee HR operational processes like admissions, terminations, attendance, and benefits.
- Maintain collective bargaining agreements and union-related data.
- Identify process inefficiencies and drive automation initiatives.
