Requirements

  • Completed or ongoing higher education degree in HR, Accounting, Administration, or similar.
  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and labor legislation.
  • Solid experience across HR subsystems, particularly Department Personnel (DP).
  • Hands-on experience with the Sênior payroll system.
  • Advanced or fluent English is considered a differential.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and validate payroll calculations, including wages, labor charges, and social security contributions.
  • Manage and deliver all annual fiscal and labor obligations.
  • Analyze payroll reports and provisions for leadership decision-making.
  • Configure payroll system events and maintain annual updates of tables and parameters.
  • Act as a company representative in legal proceedings, audits, and inspections.
  • Provide managerial reports for leadership and compliance teams.
  • Oversee HR operational processes like admissions, terminations, attendance, and benefits.
  • Maintain collective bargaining agreements and union-related data.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and drive automation initiatives.
