Experience: 4–10 years

Requirements

4–10 years of dedicated experience in system safety engineering.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Strong expertise in PHA, FHA, FTA, FMECA, STPA, and related hazard analysis techniques.
Proven experience developing formal safety artifacts such as safety cases and SSPPs.
Deep familiarity with standards such as MIL-STD-882E, ISO 26262, ISO 21448, ARP-4761, and DO-178.
Experience with MBSE tools (e.g., Cameo) and modern Agile development.
Strong analytical and documentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to work with AI-enabled tools or automation.

Responsibilities

Apply advanced system safety engineering methods to perform hazard analysis, risk assessment, and safety case development.
Utilize AI-assisted digital engineering platforms to optimize FHA, FTA, STPA, HARA, and FMECA.
Perform human-in-the-loop validation of AI-generated safety outputs.
Define system and subsystem safety requirements, including safety architectures and traceability.
Develop and deliver comprehensive safety documentation including SSPPs and SARs.
Collaborate with software teams to provide feedback on tools and platform features.
Support client engagements by guiding CONOPS and ODD definitions.
Ensure compliance with MIL-STD-882E, ISO 26262, ISO 21448, ARP-4761, and DO-178.
