Requirements
- Solid experience as a Senior Backend Developer in production environments.
- Strong command of JavaScript and TypeScript ecosystems.
- Proven experience with Node.js and NestJS frameworks.
- Practical experience or strong foundation in Go (Golang), with ability to work autonomously.
- Experience working with PostgreSQL and relational database design.
- Intermediate SQL skills for queries, analysis, and technical investigations.
- Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex business logic.
- Experience contributing to system modernization, refactoring, and architecture evolution.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
- Commitment to code quality, clean architecture, and software craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
- Develop, evolve, and maintain backend services using JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Contribute to new backend development initiatives using Go, supporting the expansion of modern service architectures.
- Design, build, and maintain REST APIs and integrations across multiple systems and business domains.
- Participate in system modernization efforts, including refactoring legacy components and improving existing workflows.
- Work with PostgreSQL to design queries, analyze data, and support technical investigations.
- Collaborate with engineers, Tech Leads, Product Owners, and QA teams to define technical solutions and ensure delivery quality.
- Participate in technical refinements, estimations, and architecture discussions.
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, performance, and adherence to best engineering practices.
- Support troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization activities when needed.
