Requirements
- 4+ years of IT experience with at least 2–4 years focused on cloud technologies, or 8+ years of overall IT experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
- Solid understanding of hybrid cloud environments, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Experience designing and implementing network and connectivity solutions, including VPNs.
- Proven ability to architect, scope, and deliver tailored cloud solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across cloud infrastructure, networking, and system integration.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline environments.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, manage, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure environments.
- Lead client onboarding projects by implementing customized cloud solutions.
- Architect cloud systems and hybrid environments, including network configurations, VPNs, and integration with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
- Optimize cloud performance and cost efficiency while ensuring operational stability.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex cloud infrastructure issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather requirements.
- Support pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise and scoping.
- Document infrastructure designs and technical solutions.
