Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently earned a degree in International Finance, Accounting, International Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Human Development, Sociology, or related discipline.
- Experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits Administration, or relevant role.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal, intercultural, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to work.
Responsibilities
- Conduct a comprehensive compensation benchmarking analysis for international staff across various global regions.
- Utilize tools and methodologies to evaluate total rewards packages, ensuring internal equity and competitiveness.
- Support the People & Culture team in organizing and maintaining accurate compensation data and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of detailed reports and presentations that summarize benchmarking findings.
- Collaborate with regional HR representatives to validate market data and understand local labor laws.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR operations by identifying opportunities to streamline data collection.
