Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently earned a degree in International Finance, Accounting, International Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Human Development, Sociology, or related discipline.
  • Experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits Administration, or relevant role.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal, intercultural, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to work.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct a comprehensive compensation benchmarking analysis for international staff across various global regions.
  • Utilize tools and methodologies to evaluate total rewards packages, ensuring internal equity and competitiveness.
  • Support the People & Culture team in organizing and maintaining accurate compensation data and documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of detailed reports and presentations that summarize benchmarking findings.
  • Collaborate with regional HR representatives to validate market data and understand local labor laws.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR operations by identifying opportunities to streamline data collection.
