Requirements
- 4+ years directing or showrunning short-form narrative video.
- Strong scripting instincts: hooks, cliffhangers, minute-to-minute escalation.
- Experience with AI generation tools (Runway Gen-4, Sora 2, Kling 3, Veo 3, Pika, Higgsfield, Seedance).
- Experience with vertical drama platforms.
- Strong communication & collaborative skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Goal-oriented with strong ownership mindset.
Responsibilities
- Own 1–2 series at a time (10–15 episodes per series, ~1 min per episode + a trailer).
- Work with our in-house AI copilot for character consistency, casting, and trailer generation.
- Direct, edit, and finish each episode.
- Create scripts and drive storytelling.
- Collaborate with our team of AI Content Creators, tech team, and other Short Film Directors.
