Requirements
- Proven experience in an SEO role within a marketing agency environment.
- Experience specifically within the healthcare or aesthetics industries.
- Strong expertise in managing and optimizing for local search.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
- Familiarity with GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs or Semrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an analytical mindset.

- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website structures, metadata, and content to drive performance.
- Conduct regular site audits and resolve underlying technical issues.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the seamless implementation of technical recommendations.
- Manage schema markup and structured data to enhance search visibility.
- Provide detailed SEO briefs to guide copywriters in creating high-performing content.
- Oversee ethical link-building strategies to build domain authority.
- Prepare monthly SEO reports tracking rankings, traffic, and conversions.
