Requirements
- 7+ years of professional engineering experience.
- Deep background building and debugging complex production systems.
- Proven systems thinking ability focusing on component interaction and failure cascades.
- Direct experience or high aptitude in agent-driven workflows using tools like Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor.
- Experience building infrastructure such as CI enforcement and scenario-based testing.
- Ability to work autonomously in an early-stage startup environment.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on direct, honest feedback.
- Adaptability to rapidly evolving AI development tools and workflows.
Responsibilities
- Write behavioral specs, architectural constraints, and feature requirements for AI agents.
- Build and maintain infrastructure including CI gates, structural tests, and linting rules.
- Develop structured knowledge bases for agent navigation.
- Define scenarios and acceptance criteria for automated verification.
- Perform end-to-end checks and behavioral verification of features.
- Diagnose and remediate failures within specs, harnesses, or implementations.
- Architect modular, production-ready systems for cloud and on-premises deployments.
