Requirements
- Fluent German (C1/C2 level or native proficiency)
- Previous experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Technical Project Coordinator
- Experience supporting migration, transformation, or system modernization projects
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Experience working within technical environments and cross-functional teams
- Understanding of software development processes and Java-based applications
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong documentation capabilities
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
Responsibilities
- Act as Product Owner for a technical team and manage priorities across multiple stakeholders
- Support the migration from legacy systems to a modern target platform
- Coordinate transformation activities and ensure smooth delivery across workstreams
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to define requirements and drive execution
- Support Java-related applications and technical processes
- Manage documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communications
- Maintain and analyse Excel-based tracking and reporting tools
- Support customer maintenance activities and ensure high data quality standards
- Maintain customer master data and related records
- Take ownership of PMO-related activities
