Requirements
- Fluent German (C1/C2 level or native proficiency)
- Previous experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Technical Project Coordinator, or similar role
- Experience supporting migration, transformation, or system modernization projects
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while coordinating multiple priorities
- Experience working within technical environments and cross-functional teams
- Good understanding of software development processes and Java-based applications
- Advanced Excel skills and strong documentation capabilities
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
Responsibilities
- Acting as Product Owner for a technical team and managing priorities across multiple stakeholders
- Supporting the migration from legacy systems to a modern target platform
- Coordinating transformation activities and ensuring smooth delivery across workstreams
- Collaborating with business and technical teams to define requirements and drive execution
- Supporting Java-related applications and technical processes
- Managing documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communications
- Maintaining and analysing Excel-based tracking and reporting tools
- Supporting customer maintenance activities and ensuring high data quality standards
- Maintaining customer master data and related records
- Taking ownership of PMO-related activities
