Requirements
- Strong commercial experience with Go (Golang) 1.25.0
- Hands-on experience with gRPC, Twirp RPC, WebSockets
- REST APIs (go-chi) expertise
- Strong knowledge of Apache Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL (sqlx)
- Experience with OpenSearch
- Cloud platform experience: AWS (S3, SQS, SNS, Timestream) and GCP
- Kubernetes ecosystem experience: Kubernetes, Argo CD, Helm
- Monitoring and observability skills: Datadog, Prometheus
- Logging skills: Zap Logger
- English minimum B2+
- Polish fluent
Responsibilities
- Support ongoing development of institutional crypto brokerage platform
- Develop and maintain Order Management and Liquidity Routing systems
- Handle Custody Integrations and Crypto/Fiat Transactions
- Implement Automated Compliance and Risk Checks
- Complete critical KYC Risk Scoring feature
- Ensure smooth transition of platform ownership to internal team
- Support legacy development initiatives
