Requirements
- Law or Computer Science degree.
- 4-6 years of experience in LegalTech support or professional services with solution design/digital transformation.
- Aptitude to learn new technology quickly.
- Experience with document and workflow automation (e.g., Avvoka, Contract Express).
- Experience with transaction management tools (e.g., HighQ, Legatics).
- Experience with data extraction tools (e.g., Kira, RAVN).
- Experience leading technical implementation projects.
- Experience with agile methodologies.
- Ideally project management qualified (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile).
Responsibilities
- Act as subject matter expert/product owner for deal management and contract lifecycle technologies.
- Define product/solution roadmap and identify integration opportunities.
- Manage upgrades and system testing with suppliers.
- Advise partners, fee earners, and clients on system configuration.
- Transition new technologies into operational support and define maintenance processes.
- Assist with client pitches.
- Perform legal technology market analysis.
- Lead pre-project evaluations, effort estimations, and costings.
- Plan, design, build, and test automated documents and workflows.
- Configure online data structures and data visualisations.
