- Previous recruitment, sourcing or talent acquisition experience
- Native Thai or Korean speaker
- Strong English communication skills
- Excellent sourcing and candidate engagement abilities
- Strong understanding of your local labour market
- Self-motivated, organised and capable of working independently
- Driven by results and motivated by commission-based earnings
Responsibilities
- Source, engage and qualify candidates within Thailand or South Korea
- Build talent pipelines for high-volume and specialist recruitment projects
- Manage candidates through screening, interview coordination and offer stages
- Utilise LinkedIn, job boards, social media and networking channels to identify talent
- Provide local market intelligence and recruitment insights
- Work closely with DKR's delivery team to achieve hiring targets
- Maintain candidate records and activity within our recruitment systems
