  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
  • Advanced use of creative AI tools.
  • Experience working with UK/European-based brands or audiences.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and direct-response principles.
  • Ability to analyze retention curves and creative metrics.
  • High attention to detail and commercial intelligence.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute high-performing video ads, motion graphics, and static assets for Meta and TikTok.
  • Develop creative concepts, hooks, and visual triggers tailored to target personas.
