Requirements

- Proven experience creating high-converting paid media creatives for consumer product eCommerce brands.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- Advanced use of creative AI tools.
- Experience working with UK/European-based brands or audiences.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and direct-response principles.
- Ability to analyze retention curves and creative metrics.
- High attention to detail and commercial intelligence.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute high-performing video ads, motion graphics, and static assets for Meta and TikTok.
- Develop creative concepts, hooks, and visual triggers tailored to target personas.
- Produce content optimized for UK and European consumer brands.
- Review creative analytics to provide insights into asset performance.
- Execute creative testing frameworks and iterate on hooks and formats.
- Engineer multiple variations of winning concepts to prevent ad fatigue.
- Integrate generative AI tools into production workflows for efficiency.
