Requirements
- Genuine direct-response video editing experience
- Deep understanding of Meta ads and performance-driven content
- Excellent pacing and retention instincts
- Proficiency with Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or Higgsfield
- Strong English comprehension
- Ability to work full-time with fast, reliable internet
- Experience with high-ticket, info-product, or lead gen (preferred)
- Knowledge of AI workflows and AI animation (preferred)
- Strong eye for b-roll and visual storytelling
- Ability to interpret performance metrics
Responsibilities
- Edit high-volume Meta ads daily
- Build multiple hook variations from existing footage
- Repurpose VSLs into short-form ads
- Produce UGC-style variations fast
- Add captions, graphics, and visual callouts
- Use AI tools to optimize production efficiency
- Collaborate with copywriters based on briefs
- Iterate creative based on performance data
- Organize project files and meet strict deadlines
