Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art
- Strong portfolio showcasing AI-driven video work
- Hands-on experience with AI video tools like Kling, Seedance, and Happy Horse
- Deep understanding of AI generation pipelines: prompting, batching, consistency, and post-processing
- Proficiency in traditional editing tools like Premiere Pro or After Effects
- Strong grasp of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language
- Ability to maintain character and scene consistency across sequences
- Fluent in English
- Comfortable working with uncensored models and explicit adult content
Responsibilities
- Conceptualise scripts based on production needs and existing AI characters
- Create narrative-driven, longform video content with a focus on storytelling, atmosphere, and visual coherence
- Own and manage end-to-end AI video production workflows from ideation through post-production
- Utilise AI video models such as Kling, Seedance, and Happy Horse
- Develop and maintain character appearance and scene continuity across sequences
- Integrate motion graphic design and colour correction
- Experiment with new AI tools and refine production workflows for efficiency and quality
