Requirements
- 2-5 years of professional experience working with AI tools for video, image, or audio generation.
- Solid understanding of editing fundamentals: frame composition, pacing, visual flow, and audience attention.
- Strong prompt engineering skills for iterative, precise creative output.
- Portfolio demonstrating completed AI-generated video work or high-standard traditional video editing.
- Ability to work independently and ship content rapidly.
- Familiarity with vertical video format requirements and platform-specific best practices.
- Experience in classic video production is a plus.
- Knowledge of dramaturgy and story construction is a plus.
- Experience working with short drama or AI content for TikTok/YouTube is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Produce daily episodes of dark romance, horror, thriller, and fantasy micro-dramas for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Develop 60-90 seconds of polished, character-driven storytelling.
- Utilize AI tools to create striking visuals, believable characters, and natural-sounding voices.
- Execute purposeful editing to ensure every cut serves the emotional narrative.
- Maintain consistent style, look, and feel aligned with the tone of the series.
- Work independently to ship content quickly without constant creative direction.
