Requirements
- 2-5 years of professional experience working with AI tools for video, image, or audio generation.
- Solid understanding of editing fundamentals including frame composition, pacing, and visual flow.
- Demonstrated proficiency in prompt engineering with the ability to write precise, iterative prompts.
- Portfolio showcasing completed AI-generated video work or traditional video edited to a high standard.
- Ability to work independently and ship content fast without constant creative direction.
- Familiarity with vertical video format requirements and platform-specific best practices.
- Experience with short drama or creating AI content for TikTok or YouTube is a plus.
- Experience in classic video production (films, TV series, shows) is a plus.
- Understanding of dramaturgy and story construction is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Produce daily episodes of dark romance, horror, thriller, and fantasy micro-dramas for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Create 60-90 second character-driven storytelling content optimized for mobile viewing.
- Develop striking visuals that stop the scroll and ensure visual flow.
- Generate believable, consistent characters across multiple episodes.
- Produce natural-sounding voices and integrate audio to support storytelling with or without sound.
- Apply purposeful editing techniques to enhance the viewer's emotional journey.
- Maintain high aesthetic standards where every frame serves the story and tone.
