Responsibilities
- Communicate with patients via Smile Doctors Anywhere and digital dashboards
- Manage clinical protocols with doctors
- Monitor dashboards and analytics to increase platform utilization
- Collaborate with clinical team on notifications requiring immediate attention
- Communicate updates and changes to clinic teams
- Analyze daily reporting in Smile Doctors Anywhere and Power BI
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for patients
