Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a support role, preferably in the video game or web3 industry
- Above basic knowledge of cryptocurrency, NFTs, and/or blockchain technology
- Understanding of cryptocurrency/blockchain relevance and application within the gaming sector
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to distill complex ideas into simpler terms
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactive and adaptable mindset
Responsibilities
- Assist the Head of Support in the development of the current knowledge base of support articles
- Assist in the development of the support website
- Gathering user feedback and questions to create new support articles
- Answering user queries through Zendesk
- Answering user queries through Telegram
- Answering user queries through Twitter
