5+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a closely related role.
2+ years of experience working within the healthcare industry.
Working knowledge of HIPAA, PHI/PII classification, data masking, and audit logging.
Proven production experience with major cloud data warehouse (BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift).
Strong hands-on experience with dbt (Core or Cloud).
Deep experience with Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration.
Demonstrated knowledge of dimensional data modeling.
Hands-on experience delivering dashboards in enterprise BI tools (Looker, Power BI, etc.).
Proficiency in Python for data pipeline development.
Practical exposure to RAG pipeline development and LLM integration.
Hands-on exposure to MLOps concepts.
Knowledge of CI/CD tooling for data and AI workloads.

Building and maintaining production-grade data pipelines in cloud data warehouses.
Designing and developing dbt models across bronze, silver, and gold layers.
Creating and optimizing Airflow DAGs for data workflow orchestration.
Implement dimensional data models and data mart structures.
Crafting visualizations and dashboards in Looker or equivalent BI tools.
Integrating healthcare data from EHRs, Stripe, 3rd-party APIs, and application databases.
Applying HIPAA-compliant data handling practices.
Architecting and implementing RAG pipelines using frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
Supporting MLOps workflows including maintenance and monitoring.
Code reviewing PRs and collaborating with product managers.
