Requirements
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering (preferred), Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics.
- Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
- Domain expertise in Radar, EO/IR, RF, or EW systems.
- Experience in physics-based modeling and analysis of system performance.
- 5+ years of experience in RF/EO/IR mission systems development and integration on tactical aircraft.
Responsibilities
- Lead mission systems architecture and integration for MOSA-compliant systems.
- Lead trade studies for sensing, multi-functional aperture integration, and effectors.
- Conduct communication and data link trade studies for contested environments.
- Manage vendor engagement to identify capabilities, cost, and technical maturity.
- Collaborate across teams to balance system capabilities at minimum cost.
- Adapt physics-based models to evaluate payload system performance.
- Translate warfighter needs into technical mission systems requirements.
