Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience
- Strong focus on banking, financial products, payments, FX, or capital markets
- Demonstrated experience owning complex, regulated financial products from concept through production
- Deep understanding of stablecoins, institutional payments, FX, and treasury workflows
- Strong analytical and systems-level thinking
- Strong familiarity with U.S. clearing systems, payments networks and messaging systems
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
- Proficiency in SQL or scripting languages (Python, Node, etc)
- Experience guiding API and data model design
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Anchorage Digital’s stablecoin solutions platform
- Partner with engineering to deliver secure, resilient, and compliant stablecoin products, settlement flow, and fiat to stablecoin conversion
- Collaborate closely with compliance, legal, risk, and banking teams to embed regulatory requirements directly into product design
- Incorporate client feedback, regional market insights, and regulatory developments into actionable product decisions
