- 2 to 15 years post-qualification experience.
- Experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device or other life sciences company, or law firm.
- Experience providing legal advice for a wide range of regulatory matters.
- Experience with MHRA/EMA marketing (advertising, promotion, labelling).
- Good academic credentials.
- Strong commercial understanding.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts.
- Advising corporate clients directly.
- Providing entrepreneurial, pragmatic, business-oriented advice.
- Working in a large, fast-paced environment with professionalism.
