Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in agency or CRO recruitment within the life sciences industry
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Highly energetic and able to multi-task in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Strong background in agency recruiting, specifically life sciences recruiting
- Goal-oriented team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Expertise in search techniques using multiple recruiting sources
- Ability to proactively promote candidates
Responsibilities
- Source and develop relationships with life science consultants
- Identify and recruit consultants using various sources
- Develop technical expertise in recruiting sectors
- Manage candidates through the entire recruiting life cycle
- Provide best-in-class service to billing consultants
- Maintain strong Gross Profit margins
- Develop relationships with sales partners
- Stay current on industry trends
