Requirements
- Bring 7+ years of large-scale program management experience within pharmaceutical commercial functions, including Sales, Medical Affairs, or Marketing.
- Have consulting experience across multiple functional areas for enterprise pharma clients.
- Demonstrate success leading diverse global teams on large, complex technology implementations that deliver measurable business results.
- Have experience in technology strategy and roadmap development for large pharma customers.
- Demonstrate executive communication skills.
- Be able to interpret and evaluate information critically and objectively to influence at the executive level.
- Bring skills in problem resolution, negotiation, dealing with ambiguity, establishing effective processes, and influencing without authority.
- Be able to organize and galvanize third parties and maintain a high program cadence.
- Travel up to 50% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Own service delivery for Veeva’s Commercial product line at one of its largest customers.
- Partner with customer leadership, IT, and business stakeholders to define deployment, governance, and transformation roadmaps.
- Establish post-deployment application management.
- Support implementation proposals and services contract negotiation.
- Coordinate Customer Success Manager activities to drive product value and adoption.
- Coordinate Product Management and Product Support activities.
- Partner with Veeva Product and Sales teams to meet customer business needs and support product sales and adoption.
